Donate Food

The STEAC Food Project has developed a system that makes it easy for people to donate food. First fill out the form below. You will be assigned to a Neighborhood Coordinator in your area and that person will contact you and drop off one of our nifty green bags. The coordinator will tell you when the next pickup date is and you will also get an email reminder along with a list of 'most needed' items. (Pickups are on the second Saturday of alternate months.) Emails are our primary source of communication and are limited to only Food Project related communications from your NC.

Then simply fill your bag with whatever you would like to donate and on the second Saturday of alternate months your Neighborhood Coordinator will come by, pick up your bag of food and leave you a bag for the next pickup.

  • Single serve products (pull top lids) for homeless clients
  • Rice/Pasta Mixes
  • Pasta
  • Small Oil (16 oz or less))
  • Jams and jellies
  • Canned Fruit, especially pineapple and apple sauce
  • Small fruit juices (no added sugar)
  • Also Needed:
  • Stews
  • Cereal
  • Hearty & Tomato Soups
  • Baked Beans/Pork and Beans
  • Canned Beans, esp. Kidney/Pinto/Garbanzo
  • Canned Peas/Carrots
  • 1 Lb. Rice
  • Pasta sauce
  • Vegetarian Products
  • Peanut Butter
  • Canned Tuna
  • Ravioli/Spaghetti Os
  • Chili
  • Canned Tomato Products
  • Ketchup/Mustard/Mayo

  • For our Kids Pack program, we need:

  •  Ritz cracker twelve        packs (no peanut  products)
